AAND collects the information needed to run a compliance platform for your organization: your name and email address (for your login), your company affiliation and role, and the compliance records your organization creates in the platform — facilities, inspections, findings, service requests, and related photos or documents your team uploads.
Solely to operate the service: showing your organization its compliance posture, dispatching vendors, generating reports, and powering the in-app assistant. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
We use trusted processors to deliver the service: Clerk (authentication), Airtable (data storage), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI assistant processing). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Assistant conversations are processed to generate responses and are not used to train AI models.
You can view and update your account in Settings, and delete your account in-app at any time (Settings → Danger zone). Organizational compliance records belong to your organization and are managed under its agreement with AAND. For data requests, contact us at the address below.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted (each organization sees only its own records), and we retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
