AAND provides a facility-compliance platform — inspections, compliance scoring, deficiency tracking, and vendor dispatch — to business customers under an agreement with their organization. Your access is provided through and governed by your organization’s subscription.
Use the platform only for legitimate compliance and facility operations. Don’t attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.
Scores, findings, regulatory references, and AI-assistant responses are provided for operational awareness. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance — verify binding requirements with your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) or counsel.
Keep your credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Organizations control their members’ access and their compliance records.
When AAND introduces you to a job or a client — through dispatch or the marketplace — the price you quote is the all-in price the client pays. AAND earns a commission, shown to you before you submit, that is taken out of your payout. You receive the price minus that commission; the client is never charged a hidden markup on top. Work you bring from your owncustomers, run through AAND’s free business tools, is exactly that — free. AAND takes no commission on your own-customer work.
AAND invests in finding and verifying clients and routing paid work to you. In fairness to that, if AAND introduces you to a client or a job through the platform, you agree not to take that specific client’s AAND-introduced work off-platform to avoid the commission — for that client, for twelve (12) monthsafter AAND last introduced or routed work to you from them. This does not affect clients you already had, clients you bring yourself, or your own customers; it only covers relationships AAND originated. If a client you were introduced to wants ongoing work, keep it on AAND — you keep the dispatch, the verified record, the payment protection, and the tools. The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAND disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. We may update them with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: admin@aandnetwork.com.
